Embodiment

Embodiment is connected to feeling and sensation. Not only within our body, but other bodies too; bodies of water, bodies of soil, bodies of trees, car bodies, house bodies.

Are we feeling our life? Are we feeling our legs, arms, noses, eyes, bellies, hearts? Can we feel the skin of those we love? Or how about the soft soil our hands may feel while tending to a garden, or playing in the sand on a beach?

Embodiment brings us deeper into our life, and thus allows for us to have more intimacy, closeness and presence. Without embodiment, presence is near impossible.

If you want support learning how to awaken your somatic experience, I would love to teach you many practices and methods of somatic tracking I have learned along the way.
