Vocal Therapy
Are you longing to deepen your voice? Have you been afraid to sing from the wildness of your heart? Your voice, matters. It is an expression of the creativity of your eros, soul, heart and beingness, in this relational matrix we call, the world.

Together we will…
Work with energetic blocks preventing you from singing your soul into this world.
Listen deeply to your own way of making music.
Connect with your belly, heart, throat, and mouth to feel the pulse of your body's song.
Explore the deeper threads of your personal story, wounds, heartbreaks, and how
these have informed your capacity to sing, or not sing.
Engage in somatic practices that raise awareness of how your voice
is a relational matrix in connection to the humans and non-humans around you.
About me.
I grew up in the vocal performative arts. The first performance I did of a song I wrote was at Pulpit Rock Church in Colorado Springs, CO in 5th grade. Before I graduated high school, I often sang the Canadian Anthem and Star Spangled Banner at sports games at the World Arena. I originally went to undergrad to study singing-songwriting at Belmont University in Tennessee. I then studied worship music at Hillsong Bible School in Australia. During my twenties, I sang at various churches as a worship leader with Yemi Mobolade. I haven’t walked through the Church doors for over seven years. That season has closed. However, since my late twenties, I have been cultivating a relationship with singing with and for the more-than-human world around me, to give voice to the energies and beings who sing stone, tree, wind, rose, water. I am now working on an album titled Wild Cathedrals of Love.
I believe each of us has beautiful voices to share with this world, but perhaps we haven’t felt the safety to let our soul sing fully through. This is why I am opening up this part of my therapy practice. Singing heals us. Singing from our love, heart, and light heals. Singing from our depths of sorrow, rage, and pain heals. Surely, our world will become more beautiful as we sing our unique songs into this world. Music profoundly impacts our vitality and soul, whether we are connected to music that inspires love and depth or to music that seeks to perpetuate energies of domination and control, matters. It seems we each have a heart song to sing, to replenish the world with vitality. I’d love to work with you this way if you are called.
